Thrillzz Loyalty Program

Thrillzz offers loyalty rewards to all customers based on their on-app activities, like logging in, making picks, inviting friends, and participating in special events.

Neither the Thrillzz website nor the mobile app explains the ins and outs of the rewards program, and BettingUSA hasn’t played enough to make it to the top VIP level.

However, we have participated enough to learn that customers move up in VIP levels quickly. It takes minimal effort to move to level three, and customers get additional rewards every time they move up a rewards tier.

Fans can only register and make picks on Thrillzz via mobile devices, but it does not offer a downloadable app for iOS or Android. Instead, mobile users must visit app.thrillzz.com to sign up, deposit, make picks, and redeem tickets for cash prizes.

Lowlights

Unfortunately, the mobile interface is the weakest point of the Thrillzz experience. The mobile web app suffers frequent pauses when moving between various screens, tends to load slowly, and can make even trivial tasks tedious.

For example, we found it difficult to input the phone verification code that Thrillzz requires during registration because the mobile web app failed to load the keyboard when we attempted to input the code, causing the first verification code to expire.

The issues we dealt with when signing up and using the app were minor but frequent. In summary, BettingUSA found the Thrillzz app usable but often frustrating.

Highlights

On the other hand, the Thrillzz app provides helpful tooltips to help new users navigate the interface. However, the app could use additional tooltips to aid in navigating to non-picks-related activities like contacting customer support and finding the account settings menu.

Another positive point is that the Thrillzz mobile web app resembles regular online sportsbooks to a striking degree. Anyone who has bet on sports online in the past will find the layout, league listings, and odds displays familiar.

The squads feature is another nice add-on that makes Thrillzz significantly more social than even full-fledged sportsbooks licensed in the US. Users can create or join squads to share their picks, compete in private leaderboards, and talk trash or encourage one another through an integrated chat room.

Expert Opinion: Is Thrillzz Legit?

The jury is still out on whether Thrillzz has long-term staying power, but it’s a legitimate operator headquartered in Tennessee and follows all US sweepstakes laws.

That said, Thrillzz could improve its legitimacy rating by launching downloadable apps for iOS and Android users. Receiving Apple’s approval to appear in the App Store would give Thrillzz a significant boost in the legitimacy department.
