Players claiming prizes of more than $600 by mail must also include a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of their SSN.
Accepted SSN verification documents include: original signed Social Security card, health insurance card if it includes the winner’s full name and complete social security number, a W-2, an employment pay stub, or a 1099 form issued by a financial institution.
